Definitions
- Company: Refers to Geneva Alp Transfer, a Swiss limited company.
- Driver: Authorized personnel providing transfer services using a designated vehicle.
- Vehicle: Any car, van, minibus, or other transport means used for transfer services.
- Client: The person booking transfer services for themselves or others.
- Passenger: Any individual being transported in a Company vehicle.
General Information
By booking a service with Geneva Alp Transfer, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Clients are encouraged to review these terms prior to booking. For any clarifications, contact our team via email or phone.
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, with the latest version available on our website.
Booking and Payment
- Clients must provide accurate information (names, dates, times, addresses, and payment details) during booking.
- Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer (minimum 5 days before pickup).
- Bookings are re-confirmed 24 hours before the pickup time. Clients must contact us if they do not receive confirmation.
Pricing and Modifications
- Prices include tolls and taxes unless otherwise specified (e.g., additional stops or waiting time).
- Booking changes must be communicated via email or phone and acknowledged by the Company.
- Additional charges may apply for modifications such as extra stops or waiting time.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellations for groups of 1–8 passengers are accepted up to 24 hours before pickup, with a *CHF 25* processing fee.
- For groups of 9+ passengers, cancellations are free up to 72 hours before pickup.
- "Non-refundable" bookings are not eligible for cancellation or amendments.
Delays and No-shows
- Free waiting time: 60 minutes at airports, 15 minutes for non-airport pickups. Additional waiting time incurs extra charges.
- If the Client fails to contact the Company after the waiting time, the booking is considered a no-show, and full charges apply.
Luggage and Special Requests
- Each passenger is allowed one medium bag, one small bag, and one ski/snowboard bag. Additional luggage must be prearranged.
- Child seats are provided upon request at no extra cost; inform us during booking.
Liability
The Company is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., traffic, weather, or force majeure). In case of significant disruptions, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative transportation.
